She learnt to walk

My baby to a toddler
A toddler to a teen
She is growing faster
than Jack's bean
Not long ago
I told her tales of fairies
And now today, my head
Is full of her stories
Art and Craft
Studies and Friends
I am glad
She learnt how to be happy
And laugh so freely
Thoughtful, loving
A bit sensitive too
My daughter is a gem
Am sure yours is too
Her love for dance
Is pretty cool
She knows how to groove
Even in school
Tomorrow the world
Will be her stage
I'll sit back and cheer
Till my old age

Her tiny feet
Found a way to my heart
Love is so tangible
Love walks on two feet
She is my angel
