(for a children's play)
Kill was his call
Death it could have been
I had to take evasive measures
Before I was crushed to
smithereens
I flew and dived left
The hand was close
but he just missed
The wind threw me off course
My whole life flew past me
I missed the garbage bin
From where I came to this earth
The place, the smell
Which defines my birth
The way I dodged
The bats that moonlit night
Still gives me creeps
When I sleep during the light
I am a resilient mutant
to the repellents charm
But the thunderous clap
Can inflict great harm
What he does not realise
If I do not inject him tonight
He will not arise from his sleep
He will never see the morning light
I and my sisterhood
are the only antidote
For the disease that plague
humans on planet earth
"Malaria is a disease"
thinks this primitive being
It is the healing
after we injected
them with the cure
We are likes nurses
But they hurl at us, their curses
We are the angels
But they equate us to vampires
This is my last assignment
I am out of here
No more social service
Let me grab my friday beer
Cheers Mate,
I am Dr Mosquito
From Acapulco, Mexico
