Life speeds and slows
In this vortex
Success is ethereal
Joy intangible
But satisfaction

The recipe for the feel
is a bit tough
Two cups of sweat
Some challenges met
Many failures reset

Your families grief
Tinge of self belief
Hanging from a rope
With a dash of hope

Seven ounce of pain
For slight muscle gain
Seven hours of drill
For slight improvement of a skill

With motivation to evolve
