Load shedding in the night
Mosquitoes on a buffet delight
Humming in their flight
But still the baby slept tight
Years went by
Ceiling fan slogged all night
Mosquito coil gave a brave fight
Till the alarm did ring
The boy slept like a king
Years went by
Cooler churned all night
All Out gave mosquitoes a fright
Until the mobile did ping
The youth slept a few winks
Years went by
AC hogged power all night
Not a mosquitoes was in sight
No alarm did the man keep
But worries didn't let him sleep
Sleep is a measure
Of man's happiness
Power of his roar
Depends on his snore
So sleep well my friend
Because in the end
The one who dreams well
Will have lived life with passion
And with tons of stories to tell
