Dear Rashmi,

Parting can be painful
Parting can be tearful
But the measure of the pain
Is proportional to the treasures
You will retain

Memories are made of
 moments well lived
 laughs that were shared
 people who did care
 hard work one did
 fruits that did bear

So cry your hearts out
Unload buckets of tears
Because your memories are sweet
And u hv plenty to cheer

The seeds you did sow
Have become flowers
trees and much more
Its a garden you leave here
But world needs much more

Sometimes only when we part
Do we realise what part
We did play
Sometimes only when we bid farewell
Do we realise how well
Did we play
